Mobile Service & Telehealth

We are a mobile service, which means we come to you whether that’s your home, workplace, or community. This way we gain a deeper understanding of your needs and can recommend solutions that truly fit your lifestyle.

We also offer joint assessments with your Prosthetist or of Physiotherapist.

Treating You Where You Are

At Reach Occupational Therapy®, we believe the best outcomes happen when care is delivered in the environments where people live and work. That's why we're a fully mobile service.

People with limb differences or amputations often face unique challenges at home, in the workplace, or within their community. By seeing your environment firsthand, we can better understand your needs and provide tailored solutions that fit your daily life.

We’re based in Melbourne’s southeast and service the greater Melbourne area, making it easy for us to come to you wherever you are. For added flexibility, we also offer telehealth appointments via phone or video.

Working With Other Allied Health Professionals

Collaborating with other allied health professionals is key to achieving the best outcomes for people with limb differences and amputations. At Reach Occupational Therapy®, we work closely with Prosthetists and Physiotherapists to ensure a coordinated and wholistic approach to care.

If you're receiving support from an allied health team, speak with them about involving us early in your treatment. Early collaboration helps us deliver more effective, personalised solutions that support your goals and independence.
